The customer required a specialised laser system capable of:
- Cutting soldering masks with an accuracy of ±0.02mm on 0.08mm thick stainless steel.
- Cutting stainless steel sheets up to 1mm thick.
- Supporting manual loading and unloading without causing surface scratches.
- Operating within a cutting area of 680mm x 680mm.
- Delivering overall cutting accuracy within ±0.02mm.
